Distribution Operations Manager

As we expand our footprint in Qatar, we are looking for a strategic and results-driven Distribution Operations Manager to lead and optimize our distribution network.

Role Overview:
The Distribution Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end distribution process, ensuring smooth logistics, efficient inventory management, and timely delivery of goods. This role requires a strong leader who can streamline operations, manage teams, and drive continuous improvement across all distribution activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily distribution and logistics operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee warehouse activities, inventory control, and transportation processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize distribution performance and reduce costs.
• Lead, train, and motivate operational teams to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports to track operational success and identify improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in distribution, logistics, or operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and logistics software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
