Distribution Officer

Indus Hospital & Health Network is Looking for Distribution Officer in Karachi.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review online orders of blood products, from different hospitals.
• Confirm orders after checking issuable stock.
• Schedule the shipment to the hospitals in timely manner.
• Be able to allot units.
• Be able to plan runs for shipment.
• Be able to print manual receiving list.
• Maintain cold chain for blood products.
• Hand over the containers to drivers.
• Receive container in BC after delivery.
• Extract & save data from temperature data logger
• Allot containers for Blood Drives.
• Charge Eutectic Plates.
• Daily route planning
• Electronic inventory reconciliation.
• Communicate effectively and focus on customer, hospitals needs and customer service in routine, as well as in emergencies.
• Communicate all unresolved problems immediately for appropriate action to higher authorities.
• Generate orders in BBMIS, when internet service not available in service partner hospitals.
• Assure cleaning of Transport Boxes.
• Assure that all the vehicles are clean during his duty hours.
• Any other task assigned by the Blood Center Management.
• Maintain Total Quality Management in day to day working by ensuring compliance according to define processes and procedures according to American Association of Blood Bank Standards.

Job Requirements:

Qualification: At least Bachelors

Experience: Fresh - 02 years of experience

Shift: Rotational (Morning/Evening/Night)
