Distribution Planning Assistant Analyst

Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the deployment of finished goods across our distribution network to ensure high product availability, cost-efficient logistics, and service excellence.
The ideal candidate will have some understanding of supply chain dynamics and planning processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of DRP cycles, ensuring timely and accurate product deployment to warehouses and distribution centers.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels across the network, avoiding both shortages and excess.
- Collaborate with Supply Planning, Logistics, and Sales teams to align on distribution priorities and inventory strategies.
- Monitor KPI performance (Order Fulfillment Rate, freshness, product availability) and identify areas for improvement.
- Support new initiatives and transformation projects, including process automation, warehouse integration, and system enhancements.
- Drive operational discipline and best practices within the DRP process to improve efficiency and service performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Logistics (preferably within FMCG).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English.
