Maintain > 98% Finished Good Inventory Service Level across 28 Depots at SKU -Depot – Daily Level
Finish Good Inventory Management
Plan Finished Good Inventory movement at Day level between Plant, Mother Warehouse and Sale Depot level balancing the following:

Meet Inventory plan against Sale Forecast Volume on Day Level at 95%

Plan space at Plant, Mother Warehouse and Depots to meet Customer service and support Daily Production volume of Plants
-
Own dispatch schedule across the Finished Good Lane
-
Delivering S&OP Logistics Cost by reviewing and controlling the actual case km with respect S&OP case km within the range of 2%+/- tolerance
-
Ensure reduction in FG Inventory Write-off by doing pro-active ageing analysis and recommending Inter depot movement or correction in sales forecast for future months

Ensure on time NPD or Promo Launch by creating priority matrix and execution plan of Inventory movement.
Predictive analytics for Inventory across Depots and Mother warehouse to plan for Warehouse Space hiring and de-hiring basis the seasonality in Sales Forecast
Organised Trade Channel Customer Service

Meet the customer service expectations for Modern Trade and Ecommerce Customers measured by Order Fill Rate
-
Interface with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure availability of stocks for AC Customers at Optimised Cost
-
Collaborate with Delivery vertical to ensure service levels of AC Orders from Depots
-
Collaborate with KAM and Key customers to improve Service Level and also plan systemic solution on operational issues
-
Lead the implementation of Automatic Order Processing of Customer Orders in SAP
-
Generate Analytics on OFR misses and create plans to address the misses with help of Cross functional collaboration
-
Partner with Demand Planning and KAMs to improve Forecast accuracy of AC Channel.

Partner with Co-packers to ensure end to end management of Customised packs delivery for E-commerce Customers
Supply Chain Digitisation and Transformation

Lead Order Process tool JAVIS from P&D side to improve service level of AC Customer

Lead the Development and implementation of Distribution Planning Tool in India as per the Global Technology Mandate

Collaborate with IT vertical to develop MIS and Reports in BI for FG Inventory Service Levels Continuously benchmark internal processes and systems with external companies on AC Customer services.

Develop 3rd party copacker to handle end to end delivery of Customised E commerce Packs

Work on Transport Management System “Pando” to deliver Productivity and Dispatch adherence Drive cross functional projects with Delivery vertical on improvement of FG Inventory and AC Customer service level
Develop Self

Keep himself/herself updated on Supply Chain Technology evolving on Inventory Management and Customer Service

Learn and upgrade on Supply Chain Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics
Develop Extended Team

Develop Plant Supply Chain Planners to analyse the Fill Rate misses and take corrective actions in Production Planning

Develop Finished Goods Mother Warehouse team on ensuring the highest service level on Primary movement of finish goods
Essentials:
- B.Tech, MBA
-
2-3 Years’ experience in Inventory Planning, Distribution Planning and Organised Trade Channel Customer Service
-
Strong Analytics, Data Management, Understanding of DRP and Inventory Management tools, JAVIS, SAP, MS-Office
