About the Role

The Distribution Requirement Projects Lead plays a key role in supporting day-to-day distribution planning activities, ensuring visibility, alignment, and smooth execution across the network. This role acts as a strategic buffer within the Distribution & Replenishment Planning team, learning the end-to-end operation and providing analytical, planning, and coordination support to help enable stable performance across markets and capability centers.


You will help manage performance scorecards, support capacity planning cycles, synchronize daily operational inputs, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to resolve gaps or risks. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and process integration projects, ensuring that our distribution planning processes stay reliable, scalable, and customer-centric.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Scorecard Management

  • Manage and maintain performance scorecards for direct delivery and replenishment-related processes.

  • Track daily and weekly KPIs, ensuring timely visibility and follow-up with relevant teams.

  • Support the development of future enhancements for distribution planning reporting and analytics.

Capacity & Forecast Visibility

  • Contribute to SMR and AOP capacity planning cycles, supporting data consolidation and scenario analysis.

  • Provide clear and updated forecast visibility for transportation partners and capability centers across the network.

  • Prepare inputs for weekly and daily planning cycles, including tender-ready information when required.

Daily Planning Synchronization

  • Support synchronization of daily planning files for distribution operations, including order intake, warehouse utilization, volume fluctuations, shuttle plans, and backlog tracking.

  • Monitor key operational signals and escalate risks or service impacts when necessary.

  • Coordinate end-to-end daily KPI facilitation, ensuring information consistency across teams.

Forecast Alignment & Gap Resolution

  • Perform deep-dive analysis on demand forecast gaps and facilitate alignment across export teams, DRP teams, warehouses, transportation, service providers, and customer service.

  • Support issue resolution by connecting insights, stakeholders, and actions.

Continuous Improvement & Process Integration

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Logistics and Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP).

  • Support process integration for replenishment with new or existing contract manufacturers.

  • Provide backup support for senior DRP leaders when needed, ensuring continuity of planning activities.

Qualifications:

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in DRP, distribution planning, logistics or supply planning.

  • Excel intermediate (pivot tables and charts, formulas, data cleansing)
  • ERP System Knowledge (SAP, Oracle, OMP, IBP or related)
  • 2+ years of People Management Experience - Ability to train and support others in operational processes.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain inter-dependencies (transportation, network design, demand planning, warehousing, customer collaboration, etc.).
