Job Purpose
Managing dealers business (for specific zone) with Etisalat to ensure achieving sales objectives
Report To Position Name
Develop dealers visit plan aligned with monthly objectives • Ensure achieving sales & distribution targets. • Monitor local market developments and opportunities. • Shifting them to be a trusted partner. • Clarify and translate the vision and brand values. • Negotiating the visibility of outlets, sales actions, incentives and bonus. • Ensure their knowledge of Etisalat products and services. • Respond to requests and needs of accounts. • Monitors competition by gathering information on other products, prices, positioning, merchandising techniques, point of sale promotion materials • Training to all business partners executives all over the nation. • Routinely report sales and service activities.
QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL
University Degree in related field • Sales Experience • Good -Computer skills, MS excel, PowerPoint. • Good - in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE
Good communication and presentation skills • Good selling and negotiation skills
EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL
Minimum 0 to 1 year of Experience. Car driving licenses • selling and negotiation skills
EXPERIENCE_DESIRABLE
Time Management. Business writing • communication and presentation skills
