Distribution Sales Manager

Job Description

Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to drive revenue growth across wholesale and distribution channels.

Build, manage, and expand relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail accounts.

Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential partners within the assigned territory.

Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product pitches.

Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.

Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance analysis.

Qualifications
  • Must have a strong background in distribution, channel sales, and account management, with proven success in achieving sales targets and managing key client relationships across assigned territories.
  • At least 2 years of experience in wholesale, distribution, or channel sales, with consistent performance in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Proven expertise in B2B sales, including hands on work with distributors, wholesalers, and retail accounts, along with effective account management skills.
  • Knowledge of stock planning, inventory coordination, and order management cycles to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
