This position is based within Jefferson Regional Materials Management Department
Job Summary:
A Distribution Technician is responsible for accurately receiving, storing, issuing materials, supplies, and equipment, and maintaining the warehouse in a clean and orderly manner. They ensure efficient and timely delivery of supplies and equipment to user departments and maintain accurate records on inventory and equipment.
Distribution Technician Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum Requirements:

Ability to follow written or verbal instructions

Mathematical ability for unit of measure conversions, receiving counts, and verification

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to speak and read English for training purposes and communications with patients/co-workers

Preferred Requirements:

Hospital or industrial warehouse distribution or inventory control experience a plus

Possess good guest relations skills
