ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Accountabilities:

Monthly target achievement.

Order Management Optimization: Analyze and improve distributors' ordering processes and order management systems to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely fulfillment.

Delivery Optimization: Collaborate with relevant teams to optimize plant deliveries to distributor locations, focusing on cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Haulage Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to haulage regulations and company policies across the distributor network.

Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a key point of contact, liaising effectively with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) and external stakeholders to ensure policy understanding and compliance.

Operational Issue Resolution: Proactively coordinate with distributors and internal stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve operational challenges, minimizing disruptions and maximizing efficiency.

Inventory Management & Optimization: Manage and optimize distributor inventory levels in alignment with sales forecasts (Sales RE) and inventory days targets, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.

Financial Management & Performance Tracking: Manage relevant financial aspects, including budget monitoring and performance tracking of distributor operations.

Account Receivables Management: Monitor and support distributors in managing their account receivables, ensuring timely payments and minimizing outstanding balances.

Inventory Audits: Conduct unannounced physical stock audits at distributor locations to verify inventory accuracy against system records and identify potential discrepancies.

Capability Building: Identify areas for improvement within distributor operations and develop training programs or initiatives to enhance their capabilities in relevant areas.
ARE THESE YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, distributor management, or a similar role within the Egyptian market.

Must have a valid driving license.

Strong understanding of order management processes, inventory control principles, and logistics operations.

Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Solid financial acumen and experience with budget management and performance tracking.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Proficiency in relevant software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management tools, Microsoft Office Suite).

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Willingness to travel within Egypt to visit distributor locations more than 50% of the time.
