As a District Sales Manager Direct, you will drive the growth of our Lubricants business in line with the Group’s roadmap and ambitions. You’ll build brand recognition by selling products such as heavy-duty engine oils, passenger car motor oils, synthetic lubricants, greases, and specialty products—primarily through direct accounts including wholesalers, independent auto repair shops, dealerships, fleets, and occasionally distributors.
You’ll be responsible for developing new business and expanding our customer base, while serving as a trusted sales partner to key accounts. Your positive attitude and resilience help you overcome challenges, and your collaborative spirit ensures the success of your team and department. The role requires a safe driving record, the ability to work remotely, and residency in the southern territory, which includes Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, and South Carolina, with an established business network.
You will report to the OEM's Direct Sales Director
