Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and results-driven Division Manager to lead our ELV & Home Automation division. The ideal candidate will oversee business growth, operational performance, team leadership, and end-to-end project delivery. This role requires extensive technical expertise, strong industry relationships, and a proven managerial background in ELV and smart-home technologies.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Division Management

• Lead, manage, and develop the ELV & Home Automation division to achieve operational and financial objectives.
• Set and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities in ELV and smart-home solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
• Drive market penetration and support expansion into new segments.

Project & Operations Oversight

• Oversee sales, engineering, technical, and project execution teams for seamless workflow.
• Review and approve project designs, BOQs, technical proposals, and commercial quotations.
• Monitor project execution to ensure timely delivery, cost control, and adherence to quality standards.

Team Development

• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to enhance technical and commercial capabilities.
• Conduct performance evaluations and ensure alignment with division goals.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare budgets, sales forecasts, and periodic performance reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement through the adoption of advanced smart-home and ELV technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10–12 years of experience in ELV and/or Home Automation, including 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Structured Cabling, Smart Home Automation, AV Systems, Lighting Control, and related solutions.
• Proven experience managing sales, operations, and project delivery teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.
• Valid UAE Driver’s License is mandatory.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
