Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Division Manager to lead our Smart Home / Home Automation division in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic growth, managing high-value smart home projects, and expanding the company’s presence in residential and commercial automation solutions. This role requires deep expertise in smart home technologies, a strong UAE network, and the ability to lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the Smart Home division, including revenue, market share, and project pipeline.
• Oversee project sales and operations for smart home systems: lighting, AV, HVAC, security, shading, and integrated automation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and architects.
• Lead, mentor, and manage sales, technical, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging smart home technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client specifications.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Prepare and present division performance reports, forecasts, and business reviews to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 12–18 years of experience in Smart Home / Home Automation systems, with proven UAE market expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of platforms such as KNX, Lutron, Control4, Crestron, and other smart home technologies.
• Strong network with developers, consultants, contractors, and system integrators in the UAE.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking, business development, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
