Position: Divisional Manager (F&A)

Location: Muscat-Oman

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee the

financial, accounting, reporting, and performance management of all business verticals under the

company. The role involves managing accounting, MIS reporting, budgeting, and cash flow

monitoring across diversified business such as pallet manufacturing, aquaponics farming, fleet

management solutions, renewable energy, and security & elevator services.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in financial control, multi-entity consolidation,

and management reporting, with the ability to provide strategic insights and ensure compliance

across all subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting & Control

• Oversee and ensure accurate and timely accounting for all business verticals and entities.

• Consolidate monthly MIS, and annual financial statements at the group level.

• Implement and monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting

standards and statutory regulations.

• Review ledgers, reconciliations, and inter-company transactions.

2. Management Reporting & MIS

• Analyze monthly MIS reports for each vertical—covering P&L, balance sheet, cash flow,

and variance analysis.

• Present consolidated financial statement and performance summaries.

• Recommend corrective actions to improve financial performance and efficiency.

3. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead the budgeting and annual business planning process across all verticals.

• Prepare rolling forecasts and sensitivity/scenario analyses.

• Monitor budget vs. actual performance and identify areas of deviation.

4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Track daily and monthly cash flows for each business vertical and the holding company.

• Optimize working capital and ensure adequate liquidity for operations.

• Coordinate with banks for funding, credit lines, and treasury operations.

• Ensure efficient fund flow management between subsidiaries.

5. Audit, Compliance & Taxation

• Liaise with statutory auditors for timely completion of audits.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, tax, and corporate requirements.

6. Systems, Processes Automation and Analytical Support

• Implement and strengthen accounting systems across all verticals.

• Streamline processes for data collection, reporting, and analysis.

• Support digitization and automation of MIS and accounting workflows.

• Provide financial modeling and ROI analysis for new capital investments

• Support management in cost control, profitability improvement, and efficiency

enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA or CMA

• Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a

diversified business group or holding company environment.

• Proven track record in multi-entity consolidation, MIS reporting, and financial control.

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS), taxation, and statutory compliance.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and business analytics tools and experience of any renowned ERP
