Division Manager – Trading Division
(Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Parts)

Leading and fastest growing Trading company is hiring immediately a Division Manager; specializing in HVAC/R parts and cold room products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical sales, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth in the HVAC/R industry

Minimum 15 years in sales of HVAC/R parts, refrigeration products, or related systems. Strong understanding of HVAC/R components, cold room systems, and industry standards.

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and expanding client networks. Excellent negotiation, presentation, relationship-building skills, Ability to lead a team, strategize business growth, and manage key accounts.

Promote and sell refrigeration & air conditioning parts to contractors, OEMs, and distributors. Drive sales of cold room products by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing accounts.

Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field

Holder of Qatar Driving license

Pay: QAR14,000.00 - QAR17,000.00 per month
