Role Description
- The 1st Line TDI and GTI Risk function at Deutsche is part of the Global Technology Infrastructure for Deutsche Bank Group. GTI has the largest footprint within the Technology, Data and Innovation division and collaborates closely with other business-aligned CIO IT divisions.
- The TDI and GTI Risk team is dynamic and consistently in demand for providing guidance and challenges to drive change and maintain systems in a secure and resilient manner.
- As part of the team, you will join the Banks journey and contribute towards our strategic goal of cloud-enabled solutions as well as activities that improve our operational resilience and risk reduction.
- Specifically, you will act in the role of a Process Modeler. You will liaise with process owners, senior management levels, and the central Enterprise Process Management Team. This role operates within a matrix organization and reports to both the Process Governance Lead and the Divisional Head of Enterprise Process Management in GTI.

Your key responsibilities
- Model the current state (as-is) and future state (to-be) processes and data flows, using the Bank’s chosen Process modelling tools and within the Bank’s overall Process framework, to defined standards.
- Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders/SMEs (subject matter experts) to obtain the required information/data to create the Process maps, address any QA issues and coordinate business sign-off
- Build and use your subject matter expertise on modelling methodology/standards and modelling tools and support a functions/business unit
- Support the Process Governance Lead and Divisional Head for EPM and enable the yearly process recertification
- Design and model processes diagrams that are compliant with the DB Process Modelling Methodology and minimum standards
- Align internal Deutsche Bank processes against industry recognized framework to strengthen the process framework and its implementation within the Bank
- Performa or facilitate GAP analysis and data harvesting workshops to ensure consistency and completeness of our process catalogue and data
Your skills and experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience as Process Modeler or similar function
- Good understanding of Industry best practices such as COBIT, ITIL and ISO 27001
- Cloud Computing Technology (GCP, AWS, Azure etc.) certifications or similar domains is helpful
- A strong team player comfortable in a cross-cultural and diverse operating environment
- Result oriented and ability to deliver under tight timelines
- Ability to successfully resolve conflicts in a globally matrix driven organization and excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Desire to learn about new and emerging technologies and continuous upskilling
- Must be comfortable with navigating ambiguity to extract meaningful risk insights
