Django + Selenium Developer (Full Stack)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Django + Selenium Developer with 3+ years of full-stack experience to build scalable web applications, automate complex workflows, and contribute to both backend and frontend development. If you're passionate about clean code, browser automation, and AI-driven development, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django
• Build secure REST APIs and backend services
• Develop responsive, interactive frontend interfaces
• Design and optimize database architecture using PostgreSQL and MySQL
• Write and maintain automation scripts using Selenium for testing, scraping, and business process automation
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
• Work within deployment pipelines and production server environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Use modern AI development tools to boost productivity and code quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

Backend

• 3+ years of professional Python development
• Strong expertise in Django and Django REST Framework
• Solid understanding of MVC/MVT architecture
• Experience with API development, authentication, caching, and async tasks
• Knowledge of Celery, Redis, and task scheduling (a plus)

Database

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL
• Database design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning

Automation

• Advanced Selenium experience: browser automation, web scraping, bot development, automated testing

Frontend

• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Experience with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks is a plus
• Ability to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces

AI Tools

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered dev tools such as Claude, Lovable, or v0

Nice to Have

• Docker and containerization
• CI/CD pipeline setup and management
• Linux server administration
• AWS or VPS deployment experience
• Git version control
• Unit testing and performance optimization
