• Position: Deputy Manager Accounts & Finance
• Industry: Hospitality
• Location: DHA PHASE 3, LAHORE
• Experience Required: 5-6 years in the manufacturing sector
• Software Expertise: SAP B1
• Education: CA Inter / ACCA / MBA (Finance) / ICMA / Equivalent Professional Degree

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

• Costing & Budgeting:
• Develop and monitor costing systems specific to manufacturing processes.
• Prepare, manage, and analyze annual budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
• Track and analyze standard vs actual cost variances.
• SAP B1 Expertise:
• Lead the implementation and management of SAP B1 for finance operations.
• Ensure accurate financial entries and reporting through SAP modules.
• Internal Controls & Compliance:

Implement strong internal controls and ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements.

• Cash Flow & Fund Management:

Monitor and manage working capital, including payables, receivables, and inventory.

• Team Collaboration:

Supervise junior accountants and coordinate with other departments for smooth finance operations.

• Audit & Taxation:

Liaise with external auditors during annual audits and ensure accurate documentation and reporting. Handle tax calculations, filing, and compliance.

• In-depth understanding of manufacturing cost structures and processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
