We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Digital Initiatives team. This role will focus on managing, continuously developing, and driving adoption of B2B applications for aftermarket traders and independent workshops. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the digital enterprise team, ensuring seamless delivery of digital transformation projects for parts and accessories business at MSIL.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Management & Development
o Oversee the lifecycle of B2B applications, ensuring continuous improvement and adoption.
o Collaborate with Digital Enterprise teams for development and enhancement of functionalities.
o Work closely with channel partners, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
o Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.
- Business Analysis & Documentation
o Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
o Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and ensure clarity for development teams.
o Track progress and manage tasks using JIRA and maintain documentation in Confluence.
o Analyze application performance and user adoption metrics.
o Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
