DM IT Operations

DM IT Operations will oversee IT, Power, and ITS operations on assigned motorways, ensuring continuous system uptime, preventive maintenance, and efficient field operations. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of managing teams, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining operational excellence in critical infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure 24/7 IT, Power, and ITS operations on assigned motorway sections.
• Promptly resolve faults related to IT systems, servers, power equipment, CCTV, and ITS devices.
• Plan and execute weekly and monthly preventive maintenance in compliance with HQ SOPs.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs for Server Rooms, IT Rooms, and technical infrastructure.
• Evaluate, train, and manage field teams, including Plaza Technicians and MRT staff.
• Conduct bi-monthly toll plaza/site visits and report system issues for rectification.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and performance monitoring of field staff.
• Ensure full functionality of CCTV, ITS, and related systems.
• Manage duty rosters, staff rotations, tools, PPE, and spare parts for smooth operations.
• Coordinate with O&M teams, PMT, and external vendors for effective service delivery.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• Diploma holders with proven experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, Power, and ITS operations, preferably in tolling, motorway, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Experience in team management, preventive maintenance, and system monitoring.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
