About the Role
The Retail Person is responsible for driving the retail sales performance of Jaquar's diverse product portfolio, including faucets, cisterns, sanitaryware, HWS, shower enclosures, wellness products, and premium lighting segments. This role involves leading and developing the retail sales team, ensuring revenue targets are met, expanding the dealer network, and achieving growth targets. The Branch Head - Retail acts as a key brand ambassador, fostering relationships with top dealers and driving market development activities to enhance brand visibility and market share.

1. 2. Revenue Performance

Achieve sales targets for all retail product categories, including faucets, cisterns, sanitaryware, HWS, shower enclosures, wellness products, and premium lighting segments

Monitor and drive revenue growth across these product lines to meet overall business objectives
3. Retail Business Growth

Ensure that at least 85% of the dealer network shows growth and enhance market coverage

Develop strategies to attract and expand the dealer network
4. Director Club Dealers CBLS Targets

Attain CBLS targets with Director Club dealers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring mutual growth and success

Foster strong relationships with top-performing dealers to ensure their continued growth and engagement
5. Market Analysis and Strategy

Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Implement strategies based on market insights to drive business growth
6. Operational Excellence

Ensure seamless daily operations of the retail branch, including inventory management, store layout optimization, and customer service excellence

Oversee the implementation of operational procedures and ensure compliance with company standards and policies
7. Customer Relationship Management

Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of service
8. Sales and Marketing Initiatives

Lead and execute marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic to the retail branch

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns tailored to local market needs
9. Financial Management

Monitor branch financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

10. Sales Operations

Implement ROI-based strategies to drive consistent sales growth across all channels

Facilitate coordination between ADs and RDs to enhance market services in alignment with company standards. Ensure active participation of ADs in market development activities

Play an active role in implementing Visual Merchandising (VM) initiatives such as JDS (Jaquar Display Showroom), ADS (Artize Display Showroom), and EDS (Essco Display Showroom) to ensure seamless coordination on the ground
