We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Your goal will be to drive high-quality traffic, maximize ROI, and support the growth of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
- Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.
- Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design team for visuals.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking tools.
- Knowledge of PPC, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and other key advertising metrics.
- Ability to create effective ad copy and understand creative best practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus.
