Job Title: DME Assistant

Shift Timings: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM PST

Employment Type: Full Time and Remote only from the mentioned cities

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process DME orders from customers or healthcare providers promptly and accurately.
• Verify order details, including prescriptions, insurance coverage, and patient information, to ensure completeness.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (Medicare, Medicaid, and other healthcare standards).
• Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Address and resolve inquiries, changes, or cancellations related to DME orders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in DME order management systems, ensuring data integrity.

Requirements:

• Receive, review, and verify incoming DME orders.
• Validate prescriptions, insurance eligibility, and documentation accuracy.
• Enter orders accurately into management systems (e.g., Brightree, MiHCM).
• Coordinate with providers, insurers, and patients to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with billing, logistics, and provider teams for smooth workflows.
• Process claims and submit them to insurance companies accurately.
• Review denied/rejected claims and resubmit with corrections.
• Manage patient billing, payments, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and track reimbursements.
