DME Experienced Agents

Job Overview:
We are looking for experienced and target-driven Calling Agents for our US-based DME (Durable Medical Equipment) campaign. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in DME or a similar US healthcare campaign and possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to US-based customers using provided leads.
• Explain DME products (e.g., braces, medical equipment) clearly and professionally.
• Verify patient eligibility and basic medical information.
• Build rapport with customers and handle objections confidently.
• Generate quality leads and transfer them to the verification/closing team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the system.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a DME campaign (mandatory).
• Strong English communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work in night shift (US hours).
• Good persuasion and sales skills.
• Familiarity with dialing systems and CRM tools is a plus.
• Must be punctual, disciplined, and target-oriented.

Job Details:

• Location: On-site (Karachi Gulshan-e-iqbal)
• Shift: 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM
