Job Overview

We are hiring a motivated and professional DME Patient Coordinator / Healthcare Sales Executive for our US healthcare campaign.

The role involves patient communication, onboarding, doctor coordination, documentation follow-ups, and case processing related to Durable Medical Equipment (DME) services.

The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare campaigns, DME coordination, medical billing support, or patient handling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with patients regarding healthcare equipment services
• Handle patient onboarding and information collection
• Coordinate with doctors’ offices for approvals and required documentation
• Follow up on patient cases and maintain process updates
• Verify and organize patient records and case details
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth case processing
• Maintain CRM updates and communication records
• Ensure professional communication and workflow handling

Requirements

• Experience in: DME Campaigns OR Medical Billing OR Healthcare Sales / Patient Coordination
• Strong English communication skills
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle patient coordination professionally
• Understanding of healthcare documentation process
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with US healthcare campaigns
• Understanding of Medicare / Insurance basics
• DME process knowledge is a plus
