DME Patient Support Specialist (Night Shift – On-site)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced DME / Medical Billing Specialist to manage end-to-end insurance coordination and claims follow-up for US healthcare campaigns.

This role requires someone who can handle the complete process independently, including patient coordination, insurance verification, and claim follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• Perform AR calling and claim status follow-ups
• Handle denial cases and coordinate resolutions
• Manage documentation and case progress
• Coordinate with internal team, doctors, and DME suppliers
• Maintain accurate records and updates

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in Medical Billing / AR Calling / DME campaigns
• Strong English communication (spoken & listening)
• Experience calling US insurance companies

Understanding of:

• Eligibility verification
• Claim process
• Denial handling

Note

We are looking for someone who can take ownership and handle the process independently. Only experienced candidates will be considered.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per hour
