DME Sales Representative

Job Description:
We are looking for committed DME Sales Representative to support our on-site Frontier campaign. This role focuses on outbound calling, engaging potential customers, and converting opportunities into sales.If you are a strong communicator who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Meet performance targets and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Job Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Self-motivated and results-oriented attitude
• Prior experience in sales or call center is a plus
