We are expanding our sales force and looking for a high-energy, results-driven Front Sales Executive to join our team in Karachi. If you are a closer who thrives on turning leads into successful conversions, this is the role for you!

Job Overview

• Location: Block 16, Gulistan-e-Jouhar, Karachi (On-site)
• Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
• Days: Monday to Friday (Fixed Weekends Off)
• Experience: Proven experience in front-end sales or lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• First Point of Contact: Engage with incoming leads immediately to qualify their needs and pitch our services.
• Lead Conversion: Convert prospects into active clients through persuasive communication and effective storytelling.
• Pitching & Presentation: Clearly articulate the value proposition of our services to international clients.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline to ensure no lead goes cold.
• Target Driven: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly conversion targets.

What We Are Looking For

• Sales Hunter Mentality: Someone who is proactive and doesn't wait for sales to happen.
• Communication Mastery: Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory for this international campaign.
• Persuasion Skills: Strong ability to handle initial objections and build immediate trust.
• Resilience: Ability to maintain high performance and a positive attitude during the night shift.
• Experience: Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales (International call center/sales background preferred).
