Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Doctor Acquisition Manager to lead outreach and relationship-building efforts with doctors and medical professionals. This role is critical to expanding our healthcare partner network, increasing doctor engagement, and generating referral-based revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively approach and onboard doctors for new OHA programs, initiatives, and partnerships.
  • Conduct field visits to clinics, hospitals, and independent practitioners to promote OHA services.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
  • Plan and implement targeted marketing strategies to increase doctor participation.
  • Organize and lead "Doctor Meets" and engagement sessions to promote referral revenue generation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enrolled doctors and provide ongoing support.
  • Track outreach metrics, gather feedback, and optimize acquisition strategies accordingly.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development — preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Proven experience in collaborating with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with doctors and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in lead generation, outreach, and managing CRM tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and execute strategies effectively.
  • Experience in customer-focused or usability-based healthcare services is a plus.
  • A background in medicine (MBBS or equivalent) is considered highly advantageous.
