Doctor Chaser – DME Campaign

Squad International is hiring an experienced Doctor Chaser for its DME (Durable Medical Equipment) Campaign. The role focuses on coordinating with US-based doctor offices to obtain prescriptions, medical necessity forms, and timely approvals for DME orders (Brace, CGM).

Location: PECHS Block 2, Karachi
Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
Pick & Drop: Available for female employees

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with US doctor offices for DME prescriptions and CMNs
• Ensure completion and return of required medical documentation
• Maintain regular communication with clinic staff and physicians
• Update CRM with accurate follow-up status and outcomes
• Meet turnaround time (TAT) and daily follow-up targets
• Ensure HIPAA and DME compliance standards

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Doctor Chaser in a DME campaign (mandatory)
• Strong English communication skills
• Hands-on experience with US healthcare offices
• Ability to work in night shift
• Organized, persistent, and detail-oriented
