Call Handling For Doctors (MALES ONLY)

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our patients with clinics timings, treatments, procedures & resolving patient queries.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone call, whatsApp, email, facebook/insta replies or chat.
• Identify patient problems and respond them accurately.
• Book patients appointments via any medium mentioned above.
• Update patient appointments on whatsApp group on daily basis.
• Communicate with doctor/staff regarding any query asked by the patient which you are unable to answer.
• Follow up with patients to ensure their ongoing treatments are in-time.
• Monitor daily queries response & share it with Marketing team.

Requirements and skills:

• Patience when handling tough patients/queries.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Multi-tasking abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
