Doctor Chasers - DME Campaign

Job Overview:
We are hiring motivated and responsible individuals for the position of Doctor Chaser for our DME (Durable Medical Equipment) campaign. The candidate will be responsible for following up with doctors’ offices to obtain signed prescriptions and required documents for pending orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact doctors’ offices to follow up on pending prescriptions and documentation.
• Request and collect signed prescriptions and necessary paperwork.
• Maintain proper follow-up records and update the system regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding order status and document completion.
• Ensure timely submission of all required documents.

Requirements:

• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in a professional call center environment.

Location: Karachi, Gulshan-e-Iqbal
Shift: Night Shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
