Guru Nanak College of Medical Sciences & Hospital, Dehradun, invites applications for the positions of General Physician (MD – General Medicine) and General Surgeon (MS – General Surgery) to handle OPD, IPD, and other medical responsibilities.

These roles offer a blend of clinical practice and academic engagement, providing opportunities to work in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment under the aegis of Guru Nanak College of Medical Sciences & Hospital.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily Outpatient Department (OPD) consultations and manage patient care.

Perform clinical and surgical procedures (for General Surgeon).

Deliver value added practical sessions for medical students.

Support integrated medical teaching aligned with the institutional curriculum.

Maintain patient records, prescriptions, and case histories as per institutional guidelines.

Collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to enhance hospital and academic operations.

Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and institutional health initiatives.


Qualification & Experience:

MD (General Medicine) or MS (General Surgery) or equivalent qualification recognized by the Medical Council of India.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong clinical and surgical expertise with patient management skills.

Excellent Communication.

Compassionate and professional approach toward patients and students.
