Required Technical Skill Set - Document Control Experts / IM Specialists

Desired Experience Range - 8+ Yrs

Location of Requirement - Pune / Mumbai / Chennai / Hyderabad

Must-Have**

• Must have hands-on experience working as document controller or IM Specialist for Capital Projects or Operations

• Managed end to end document life cycle, workflows, version control, and timely distribution and retrieval of documents while working with Owner/Opeartors or for EPCs

• Conversant with various EDMS system wise (SDx/SPF, ASSAI, Omega 365 PIMS, Aconex and similar ), data governance, metadata management and compliance standards

• Very Good communication skills in English – verbal and written

Good-to-Have

• IM Specialists - Have strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Highly experienced in communicating with business at all levels.

• Diploma / Degree in Computer+/Mechanical+/Electrical+ Engineering & Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or related domain

• Experience in Advanced Excel (Macros), Power BI Query, SharePoint Lists, Microsoft Flow and Data Analytics
