Document Control Manager

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

JASARA PMC, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is seeking a Document Control Manager to join their team. As a key member of the team, the Document Control Manager will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate dissemination, recording, and tracking of various project-related documents in compliance with applicable company policies, procedures, and standards. This role will require a high degree of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and strong attention to detail to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project document control procedures and related systems to ensure project records are accurate, complete, and properly controlled
  • Manage the document control process from project initiation to close-out, including the uploading, tracking, and maintenance of project documents and correspondence in the document control system
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable project document control policies, procedures, and standards, and identify and implement improvements as needed
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and project teams to ensure project documentation is submitted on time and in accordance with project requirements
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure alignment on document control processes and requirements
  • Perform regular audits of the document control system to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Support project teams with ad hoc document control-related tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related field
  • Preferably Saudi Nationals
  • At least 7 years of experience in document control management in the civil engineering industry
  • Solid understanding of document management best practices and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in document management software (e.g., Aconex, Procore, etc.) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
