Document Control & Translator

The Document Control & Translator will support the document management process and translate technical and project-related documents between English and Arabic. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and experience in handling technical documents.

The project involves large-scale land development, including civil infrastructure, utilities, and urban facilities. The Document Control & Translator will assist in managing project documentation and provide translation services to support effective communication across multilingual teams.

• Assist in managing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and proper filing.

• Translate project documents, reports, drawings, and correspondence between English and Arabic.

• Support the Document Manager in implementing document control procedures.

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and distribution of documents.

• Maintain a centralized repository of translated and controlled documents.

• Prepare document reports and summaries as required by the project team.

• Ensure compliance with document control standards and project guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Languages, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in document control and translation, preferably in infrastructure or construction projects.

• Strong command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).

• Knowledge of document control standards and practices.

• Proficiency in document management software (SharePoint, Aconex, ProjectWise, or equivalent).

• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
