Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain document control procedures in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
- Manage the flow of correspondence and documentation between internal teams, clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Receive, log, distribute, and track engineering drawings, vendor documents, specifications, and project records.
- maintain master files of controlled documents (soft and hard copies).
- Monitor compliance with document management procedures across all project stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of controlled documents.
- Generate document status reports, transmittals, Progress Report etc.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and QA/QC teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Document Controller, preferably within the Oil & Gas / EPC industry.
- Proven experience with documentation systems, project records management, and document workflows.
- Familarity with Oil & Gas project documentation requirements.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills .
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
