PERFECT Technical Works & Landscaping LLC, PTWL is looking for Document Controller with 3+ years experience to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
The position has the following responsibilities:
- Set up, copy, scan and store documents
- Create templates
- Manage requests for documentation
- File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage
- Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
- Prepare material submittals, Method statement, Operation & Maintenance manuals
- To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties
- Manage the processes around documentation within the organization
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects when required
- Prepare minutes of meetings for projects and ensure acknowledge by all.
- Coordinating the BDM and QS for new inquiries and quotations.
- Labeling of files with their appropriate project’s name
Requirement:
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
- Familiarity with project management
- Basic knowledge of labor and corporate law
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
- Proficient typing and editing skills
- Data organization skills
- Attention to detail
- BSc degree in Project Management or relevant field
