This role is essential to support our operations, particularly in handling logistics-related activities such as collection and dispatch, documentation, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily logistics operations, including collection, delivery, and dispatch of documents and materials.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain all necessary documentation related to shipments and deliveries.
- Coordinate internally with various departments to ensure timely processing of requests and seamless workflow.
- Track and monitor the movement of documents and materials to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
- Liaise with external partners, couriers, and service providers for logistical requirements.
- Maintain proper records of all dispatched and received items for audit and reference purposes.
- Identify and escalate any delays or issues and propose practical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
