This role is essential to support our operations, particularly in handling logistics-related activities such as collection and dispatch, documentation, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily logistics operations, including collection, delivery, and dispatch of documents and materials.
  • Prepare, verify, and maintain all necessary documentation related to shipments and deliveries.
  • Coordinate internally with various departments to ensure timely processing of requests and seamless workflow.
  • Track and monitor the movement of documents and materials to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
  • Liaise with external partners, couriers, and service providers for logistical requirements.
  • Maintain proper records of all dispatched and received items for audit and reference purposes.
  • Identify and escalate any delays or issues and propose practical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role in customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good documentation and record-keeping skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
