Responsibilities:


• Organize and create an effective business support service for administrative procedures, ensuring that accuracy and timeliness are the key priorities.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage small projects as required.

• Deal with all administrative, post, and other duties as required.

• Act as a central point of contact for staff regarding general personnel queries.

• Liaise with central support functions for advice and guidance.

• Responsible for ensuring that all standard reports and forms are completed at Headquarters.

• Promote an efficient and professional image to all internal and external customers at all times.

• Provide general support as required, ensuring complete sensitivity and confidentiality are applied at all times.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years in the same field, particularly.

• Proficient in using document management software and systems.

close attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

• Proficient in the MS Office suite, especially Excel.
