Document Controller

About the Role:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Document Controller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and secure management of all project documentation, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with internal procedures. You will be the central hub for information, collaborating with various departments to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities:

· Receive, register, scan, and store project documents according to established procedures.

· Implement and maintain a robust document classification and filing system.

· Control access to sensitive documents and ensure information security.

· Review and edit documents for accuracy and completeness.

· Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.

· Track document revisions and ensure all versions are controlled.

· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding document requests.

· Assist with project administration tasks as needed.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all document activity.

· Stay abreast of document control best practices and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.

· Strong understanding of document control principles and procedures.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Experience with document management software a plus.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Detail-oriented and with a keen eye for accuracy.

· Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
