Document Controller – Responsibilities
Manage and control all project documentation (incoming and outgoing).
Ensure proper filing, tracking, and archiving of physical and electronic documents.
Maintain document control registers and update logs regularly.
Distribute documents to relevant departments and stakeholders.
Ensure all documents comply with company standards and project requirements.
Monitor document revisions and ensure the latest versions are in circulation.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and consultants regarding document submissions.
Prepare transmittals for document submission.
Support audits by providing accurate and organized documentation records.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
