Document Controller

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review, organize, and index documents (both electronic and physical).
  • Update records and maintain document control logs
  • File, archive, and retrieve documents as required.
  • Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders and teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards (e.g., naming conventions, retention rules).
  • Familiar with Systems.
  • Produce reports, registers, and summaries of documentation activities.
  • Support quality assurance, audits, and project control functions by maintaining accurate documentation processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company records

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of documentation procedures and record-keeping systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management software
  • Good communication skills in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
