Document Controller

We are seeking a Document Controller to manage, track, and maintain all project documents, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company and project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control all project documentation and records.
• Ensure proper filing, version control, and document tracking.
• Coordinate document submissions with project teams and consultants.
• Maintain document registers and update logs regularly.
• Ensure timely distribution of approved documents.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Document Controller in construction projects.
• Knowledge of document control systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
