Document Controller

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document management within the construction industry, particularly in the UAE. This role is crucial for ensuring that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports.
• Ensure that all documents are properly filed, archived, and easily retrievable.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure document control procedures are followed.
• Review and update documents for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Track and manage document revisions and ensure that the latest versions are distributed to relevant parties.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation for audits and inspections.
• Develop and implement document control procedures and policies to ensure consistency and compliance across all projects.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely receipt and distribution of documents.
• Ensure that all project documentation is in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits of document control processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the project team in the preparation of tender documents and proposals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Contracting: 2 years (Preferred)
• Document controller: 2 years (Preferred)
