Job Purpose:

Manages all project documentation, such as drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence, by organizing, filing, and controlling their distribution and revisions to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Their primary responsibilities include implementing and maintaining document control systems, performing quality checks on documents, ensuring compliance with procedures, and supporting project teams with document retrieval and tracking.


Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency with document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with electronic and hard copy document management.
  • Familiarity with common construction documents like drawings, contracts, and submittals.
