Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as a Document Controller cum PA to CEO. This dual role requires excellent document management skills along with strong administrative and executive support capabilities to ensure smooth operations and effective assistance to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain and manage correspondence and controlled documents in an organized manner.
· Ensure timely distribution, tracking, and filing of documents (soft and hard copies).
· Assist the CEO with scheduling, calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
· Draft, review, and format letters, memos, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
· Prepare presentations, meeting notes, and follow-up action items.
Requirement:
· Education: Masters / Bachelors (Masters Education will be preferred)
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Document Controller, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
· Strong command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
· Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
