Document Controller (Female)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller / Administrative Assistant with experience in the Facility Management or Project Management industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and manage all project and company documentation (hard copy and electronic)

· Ensure proper document control procedures are followed (filing, version control, tracking)

· Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations

· Support project managers and FM teams with administrative tasks

· Handle incoming and outgoing documents and ensure timely distribution

· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents

· Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items

Requirements:

· Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Document Controller or Admin Assistant

· Experience in Facility Management or Project Management is required

· Strong knowledge of document control procedures and systems

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

· Familiar with document management systems (Aconex, SharePoint, EDMS – advantage)

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
