The Document Controller will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project-related documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company and client requirements.
- Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing project documents
- Ensure proper document control support is provided in line with project requirements
- Register, track, and distribute documents using the document control system
- Maintain document logs, registers, and filing systems (electronic and hard copy)
- Ensure all documents are correctly numbered, filed, and easily retrievable
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors for document submissions
- Monitor document revisions and ensure only the latest versions are in circulation
- Support in preparation of reports, transmittals, and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with company standards and project-specific procedures
- Archive project documents in accordance with retention policies
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Document Controller in infrastructure or construction projects
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or supervision projects is preferred
- Strong knowledge of document control systems (e.g., Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint, etc.)
- Good understanding of document management processes and workflows
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
