Document Controller / Secretary

Job description:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Secretary to provide administrative and documentation support. The ideal candidate will assist with daily office operations, and confidential documentation while ensuring smooth communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative and secretarial duties
  • Handle banking transactions, coordination with banks, and follow-ups
  • Assist with account-related paperwork, cheques, and payment processing
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Liaise with management, and external parties professionally
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
  • Knowledge of Accurate Filing/Documentation, Logistics Transaction and Preparation of Quotations
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
