Document Controller – Transmission Projects

Position Objective

Ensure accurate control and management of transmission project documents, supporting compliance and smooth coordination between engineering, project, and contractor teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain electronic and hard-copy document control systems.
  • Log, register, track, and distribute project documents.
  • Manage transmittals, document registers, and revision control.
  • Ensure proper review, approval, archiving, and version control of technical documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and contractors on document submissions.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Improve document control processes when needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3–7 years of document control or project administration experience.
  • Experience in engineering, construction, utility, or EPC projects preferred.
  • Knowledge of document control procedures and EDMS.
  • Experience handling technical drawings and engineering documents.
  • Transmission or infrastructure project experience is an advantage.
