Position Objective
Ensure accurate control and management of transmission project documents, supporting compliance and smooth coordination between engineering, project, and contractor teams.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain electronic and hard-copy document control systems.

Log, register, track, and distribute project documents.

Manage transmittals, document registers, and revision control.

Ensure proper review, approval, archiving, and version control of technical documents.

Coordinate with internal teams and contractors on document submissions.

Support audits and ensure compliance with company standards.

Improve document control processes when needed.
Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

3–7 years of document control or project administration experience.

Experience in engineering, construction, utility, or EPC projects preferred.
-
Knowledge of document control procedures and EDMS.
-
Experience handling technical drawings and engineering documents.
-
Transmission or infrastructure project experience is an advantage.
